Do you believe in miracles?

They happen every single day. And yet, we still beg for proof, ask for more, give up just moments before the magic happens. Life, alone, is a gosh darn miracle. Yet we take it for granted so often. All the things our bodies are capable of is astonishing. Breathing in itself amazes me when I think about it. To involuntarily be doing something so important, that life depends on it, yet, I really don't even need to think about it to make it happen. Quite awesome, huh? God did that! In Luke Chapter 5, Jesus began seeking out his disciples. In this time, he showed them all the ways of what it meant to just have a little faith, believe in the unknown, follow him and you will be set free, cleansed. Through these random "miracles" he performed, he was able to show others that if you can just have a little faith, trust in him, you will find you have every thing you need in this moment to get to the next. Big or small, miracles are happening around you in every moment you live. From the breath you are bringing in and expelling out as you read this, to the daily tasks you muscle through every day, all miracles.

Today I pray, Lord, help me to see all the great things you do in each and every breath you provide me with. Through the grace you give, I am awoken. Through your mercies, I am renewed. Dear Lord, continue to open my heart and my soul to your word, so that your will be done, through me. Today and each day forward. Amen. #leadmeLord
