Can you imagine? Getting ready for something you know in your heart is going to happen but have no clue how or when or where? You just know, you need to be ready. This was what John was preaching. They ask, well, John, what should we do? "Produce good fruit" "Make straight your paths" "Repent" "Be content"

Seems simple enough. Yet, we all STILL struggle with these very things in our time! Today I pray... Lord, help us find contentment even in the unknown and peace in our hearts. Lead us to repent AND forgive with genuineness. Help us to prepare ourselves in becoming the best versions of who we were created to be, so that we grow closer to you and better for your people. Give us eyes to see, ears to hear and words to speak your truth. Lead us, guide us, teach us. Amen.
